The American Spirit is Alive and Well in America

Valley Forge, PA, September 27, 2007 –(PR.com)– Bhelliom Enterprises is proud to congratulate their National Sales Broker Harry Turner as his patriotic poem “The American Spirit” was honored Saturday September 29, 2007 with the dedication of a monument in its honor at the Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge.

“Vibrant, wild and free”, as the poem begins, so has been the advancement of “The American Spirit” throughout this nation and around the world. The poem received the highest possible honor from the Freedom Foundation when it was awarded the George Washington Medal of Honor in 2005.

“The American Spirit” is included in the 9/11 Digital Archives of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History in cooperation with George Mason University as well as in the lobby of the National Museum of Patriotism in Atlanta, Georgia.

Many school systems including the National Catholic Education Association and American Catholic Schools International have placed “The American Spirit” into the curriculum of thousands of schools around the country and around the world.

Patriotism runs deep in the blood of Harry Turner, the author of “The American Spirit”, a native of Philadelphia, PA, home of the Liberty Bell and birthplace of the Declaration of Independence. Interestingly enough Harry’s parents were both born on the 4th of July.

Turner, who was featured in an article for ABCnews.com, has received much heartfelt appreciation from some of America’s most well known personalities. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, William R. Johnston former COO of the New York Stock Exchange, influential business man and former presidential hopeful billionaire Ross Perot as well as billionaire real estate tycoon and television personality Donald Trump, are just a few.

“I hope that one day “The American Spirit” will hang across America in schools, museums, military installations and the like, so that all Americans, native and transplants alike, will be inspired on a daily basis to help them, emotionally, from any and all evil that may come to America. I hope one day for it to become a national poem for America, giving hope and inspiration to all freedom loving people for generations to come.” said Harry Turner.

Now with the dedication of this new “American Spirit Monument”, the quest for that goal has come even closer to fruition.
